Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson was born and raised in the countryside west of Chicago. She graduated from Waubonsee Community College in 2019 with her Associate in Arts degree in Graphic Art and Design. Erica graduated from Northern Illinois University's School of Art and Design earning her a Bachelor of Fine Arts, BFA, Degree in Art Studio and Design - Design and Media Arts with a concentration in Time Arts, and a Certificate in Digital Media Production from NIU's Department of Communication. Erica graduated in May 2022.
Erica's love for animation began at a young age and was inspired to pursue a career as an Animator by a former art teacher, Vincent Siracusano, who had worked as an animator on many major Disney films. Erica's passion for animation is expressed in her character development, world-building, storytelling, film production, and video editing. Her skills consist of 2D animation, 3D (including ZBrush), and video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
